*       Knowledge of all the Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

*       Maintain and manage all purchase orders, invoices, and returns on system.

*       Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondences.

*       Answer telephone and direct calls as appropriate.

*       Scanning all proof of delivery documents and delivery notes.

*       Run daily and weekly reports.

*       Reconcile all petty cash and branch banking.

*       Order and maintain stationary in branch.

*       Maintain all filling and archiving.

*       Support the wider sales team and branch management.

*       Carry out any other duties as deemed necessary to support the branch.
